Happy New Year EVERYBODY!!!!!! The TSSD Cavalry conversions were a fantastic success for
December. So I just had to expand on them with additional "dismounted" cavalry. This month
features the new "horse handler" pose in both Union (light blue) and Confederate (gray). In addition
I have included pictures of all the "dismounted" cavalry I have designed to date--including some
prototypes or "one of a kind" that I put in my collection--until I can make more.
Although the TSSD pvc soft plastic is more difficult to work with I have discovered that the "hot
water bath" technique softens up the plastic considerably in order to make the cuts easier which in
turn results in more unique poses. However, I am still experiencing some discoloration where the
parts are fused together with the hot soldering iron. But for now, enjoy the new poses and pictures.

Here are more of the "dismounted" cavalry that I designed using the new Toy Soldiers of San Diego's
new mounted Civil War Cavalry figures:
And finally here are a few attempts at making a new "falling horse and rider"!!!!!!
