Confederate General JEB Stuart is as well known to civil war buffs as General Lee, Stonewall
Jackson, George Pickett and the list goes on. I recently made these four cavalry conversions to
depict Stuart and 3 of his troopers.
As you know, cavalry figures are really lacking in the 1/32 scale "plastic" toy soldiers hobby however I have recently seen that Toy Soldiers of San Diego has just released a new set of mounted civil war poses that I am anxiously awaiting. The new cavalry figures shown on Nick's (TSSD) website look really nice but I need to get them "in hand" to see if I can convert them into additional poses.
So for the time being General Stuart and his 3 troopers will be scouting the countryside for those "damn yankees". Perhaps he will find them someday in Gettysburg!!!!
